Ayesha is also responsible for managing the portfolio companies and investments for the HEXA group of companies, which includes several innovative HR and Health techs. She is also chief advisor to PartnerswithSun – A clean energy disruptive technology startup and a partner with NuMinds Enrichment – Focused on providing inspiring curriculum around STEM through innovative delivery of content. She is a CEO and founder of StartupMinds Collective LLC, that connects women founders to the startup ecosystem and matches consulting experts to businesses that need transformation and growth.

Ayesha has a proven track record of success in innovating design and managing product development from conception to market launch across diversified set of customers in industrial, automotive, consumer and university markets. She is known for her ability to stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends and leverage insights to create differentiated products and solutions. Her expertise has made her a thought leader in the industry. She has several patents with Texas Instruments and received awards for her contributions and impact to innovation and engineering education.

Outside of her work, Ayesha is passionate about mentoring girls and is a STEM advocate. She served on the HighTech High Heels board from 2018-2022 and funds various STEM clubs and activities to encourage young women to pursue careers in STEM fields. She volunteers with many community organizations such as Young Men’s Service League, Feed my starving children, Komen, St Jude’s, United way.  

 Ayesha earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Bombay and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
